The dyes are non-hazardous, non-chrome, low impact, heavy metal-free acid dye that can be used on silk, wool, nylon, or any animal fibre or yarn - including alpaca ;) 

Greener Shades dyes provide superior light and wash fastness without relying on metal compounds to achieve bright and beautiful colours. These dyes are of superior quality, exhaust well, and have level performance when mixed with each other.

With 9 vibrant colours to choose from, including a midnight black that is out of this world, Greener Shades Dyes are the perfect way to add a pop of colour to your next fibre arts project. And with its conforming to the Organic Trade Association's standards for Organic Fibre Processing, you can be sure that they are both safe and sustainable.

Starter Kit includes 1/2 oz of all nine colours, 250 grams of citric acid, full instructions, and to help get you started on your dyeing journey, we include 300 grams natural coloured (ecru) alpaca yarn.
