$11.00 – $13.00 per person

Duration:

1h 30min

Schedule:

Monday-Saturday from June to September. Click the "BOOK" button below to open the schedule.

Authentic PEI Experience

Step behind the scenes of our working alpaca farm for an unforgettable 90-minute journey into the world of alpacas, fibre, and storytelling.

Meet our charming alpacas, learn where they come from, and discover how their fleece becomes luxurious yarn—locally milled and hand-dyed right here on the farm.

Then, try your hand at spinning using a drop spindle, guided by the farmer-dyer herself. It's a hands-on, heartwarming experience full of fun facts, fibre lore, and a few good yarns along the way.

This event is offered Mondays to Saturdays from mid-June to end of September and select weekends in the shoulder seasons.

What to expect

Enjoy a guided, interactive tour of our farm. Learn about alpacas and the fibre they produce.

No two tours are identical so come back often. All tours include a visit to our Boutique where you will find our custom milled alpaca yarns and crafted alpaca products. Please note that this is not a petting zoo experience; however, participants will have the opportunity to interact with our animals while they engage in normal daily activities.

This experience is offered rain or shine so dress for the weather when you plan your visit. Tour group size is limited to optimize your experience and not place undo stress on our animals.  Please leave your pets elsewhere as we have no shade parking and pets are not permitted on the farm. Service animals are welcome in our shop but not permitted elsewhere on the property.

We reserve the right to cancel tours if circumstances place our staff, our animals or our clients at risk. In the rare event that a cancellation cannot be rescheduled at a convenient time, a full refund will be provided.

Note, we are a working farm and there is farm activity and equipment movement throughout the day.  Please schedule your travel to arrive not more than approximately five minutes prior to your tour time.
