The socks were a problem for me, in that they were just too snug on my feet and lower calves. So my feet were freezing, and I couldn’t warm them up.
Have contacted customer service a couple of times looking for a return, because under my understanding, no hassle return.
Still have not heard from them
Hi Mary,
I'm sorry for the frustration you've experienced. I had responded to your earlier review, inviting you to contact me directly so we could arrange a return. Unfortunately, your subsequent email was caught by my spam filter, and I wasn't aware you'd been trying to reach me.
I discovered your message on October 20 and replied that day, offering to arrange a return and refund. I take customer service very seriously and generally respond to inquiries promptly, so I'm particularly sorry that your message was missed.
As mentioned in my email, I'm happy to accept the socks for return and refund, provided they're unworn and in their original condition, in accordance with our return policy.
Kind regards,
Janet
I don't like polyester socks. I mostly wear handknit wool socks but they are not always comfortable on a hike or when my feet get hot. These Trail Socks are excellent! Not too tight but do not slide off, my feet don't burn or sweat. So comfortable!
Very tight…my feet were freezing. I’ll have to return them
I'm sorry to hear the Nor'Easters weren't a comfortable fit for you. They're among our coziest and most popular socks, but getting the right fit is important. Please reach out to us directly and we'll be happy to help with your return.
Kind regards, Janet
The 100 % alpaca is so so soft. People are envious of the feel. Like all wools of this texture care is to be taken when knitting
