One glove misshapen

I hate to leave a bad review but these are very expensive gloves. One of the gloves is misshapen -- when worn properly on the thumb, the stitching at the top of the fingers runs along the front and back of the middle finger instead of along the tops of the fingers. It's hard to explain in writing but basically, the thumb is in the middle of the palm instead of to the side. Basically, one one glove is wearable.

Oh dear, Araby! It looks like you may have received two lefts, instead of a left and right mitt. Please send them back and I will replace them.
Send them to 5627 Route 12, Birch Hill, PE C0B 2C0. I’m currently in Alberta with my daughter. I’ll be home later this weekend and get the replacements in the mail to you next Tuesday. My sincere apologies.

Storm Socks Heavy

I received storm socks heavy for a Christmas Gift and these socks are life changing - amazing - feel wonderful on my feet - I LOVE THEM. I cannot wait for the store to open so I can go and buy some more - I think I will throw all my other socks out - there is no comparison. I want the leggings and the mitts and the headband and a throw and a scarf and on and on...

These mittens are so soft and warm! They're not bulky, though, and I find them it easy to grasp things when I'm wearing them.
